Tess Strömberg, Operations Manager and Head Program Coach in AweSM

Tess was introduced to self-development very early in her life, and at the age of 16, she conducted her very first conference for young women in Stockholm.

She realised that she loves to help people see their true innate potential and also to build an online business based on their dreams. In 2017 she started her own web design firm in Norway, helping coaches with website design and social media management.

Since 2019, Tess has been the Head Program Coach in AweSM, working hands-on with our clients helping them develop and deliver their live webinars/workshops and sell their online courses. She has personally worked with hundreds of clients from more than 10 countries, helping them build their businesses from 0 to 5, 6 and 7 figures.

Maria Rygge, founding partner and Creative/Production Manager in AweSM

Maria and her life & business partner Petter Erik started what is now AweSM Sales and Marketing from scratch in December 2016. Just one year after they moved to Vietnam with her two sons.

Since then, AweSM has grown to a team of 20 people, all working remotely, aiming for the 2,5 mill € revenue mark in 2022.
